    1 I've called your customer service center a few times, so far none of your customer care representatives are friendly and helpful. Eddy is the first representative that answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently explained all of the charges on my statement. I will give Eddy 5 stars but I will give the company only 1 star. There are a lot of surprise charges that I do not expect and unaware of, and just withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge. I was not happy with the company at all.

    I've called your customer service center a few times, so far none of your customer care representatives are friendly and helpful. Eddy is the first representative that answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently explained all of the charges on my statement. I will give Eddy 5 stars but I will give the company only 1 star.
