3 Your telephone menu is confusing and it took me 3 tries and 40 minutes to get to the right person. Every time I call I am given a new number and when I try it the same thing happens. Very non-customer friendly. Your people are great but getting to them is a nightmare.

1 when we have question about my charge to call you service Dept and if I don't understand what they explain why my service charge fee higher than previous bank's .they just say we can do nothing about my question and told me waste their time ! and also tell me sell's person will not stop in my store any more to help me understand their police ! it made me be fool by your company ! very bad business attitude !
