4 Tri Valley Optometry has used SBGA services for our credit card transactions for ten years. Recently our credit card reader was no longer working correctly. I called the service number for SBGA and Ms. Yasnile Diaz helped. She explained that our current equipment was outdated and no longer supported. Then she gave options to upgrade that were appropriate for our office. She also helped us set up the virtual credit card reader to help us in the interim. After signing paperwork, we are now waiting for the equipment to arrive. To date, I am satisfied with the service.

Tri Valley Optometry has used SBGA services for our credit card transactions for ten years. Recently our credit card reader was no longer working correctly.
