5 I had been given the runaround via phone and email for 3 days with Clover Capital, Fiserv, SBGA , without any answers in how to locate my finance charges on my paid off Clover Capital Advances. I called your company and Christian was my CS person once again. He wanted to clearly understand what I needed resolved and although he was not too familiar with Clover Capital advances, he said he will do his best to get me the answers. He called back within 30 min or so and sent me an email with the 3 contracts showing the purchase price and the funded amount. He himself said it was very difficult to get this information. I am very happy you have a dedicated CS person that truly wants to help the client. Thank you!!!
