Paige M was amazing today. She was personable and a great listener. I was calling with many questions, and I feel confident she answered all with correct answers. She demonstrated a sincere desire to help me understand exactly what was going on and why I was seeing the bank amounts. Her communication skills are excellent. 5 Paige M was amazing. I had spoken to 2 other customer service staff members prior to finally having Paige answer the phone. She resolved my issues and helped me walk through to find what I was looking for within 20 minutes versus the other two reps. I was on the phone for over an hour and nothing was resolved. She was very attentive to details and she is a keeper.
