5 Very helpful and quick to answer the phone calls. Happy they were real people and not recordings. Only issue was the cancellation form that said to reply to the same email it originated from, which is incorrect. People don’t always read the entire email which did give a different email address. I read the cancellation request form. It was resolved but please reword that form.
