5 From the first time I met Kelly, I was impressed. He took a lot of time to go over my statement, and then showed me a better way! Kelly came today and installed the POS terminal. Once again, he took time to make sure everything was good, and operating properly. After talking to John for the final confirmation, I really feel good about my decision to switch to their company. 2 I bought an existing business and the transition of your services was terrible for me and the old owners. I started business on 8-12-16. For a month the credit income went into their account. I have a dozen email notes with an employee, starting before that date and with no resolve. Unfortunately, I have told this story to possibly a dozen employees. Awhile back, I was assisted by Jim and Nicole, on different occasions and didn't get last names. They were helpful and informative. And finally yesterday, customer service called me.
