    4 was disappointed that a batch total and the amount credited to bank were different on 9/27/2016 and I was not notified of this variance. Luis told me that it was voided by the processing company and offered to have the processing company email me in a couple of days. I told him I would contact my customer and found she had not been charged so I was able to resubmit the charge.
