5 To whom it may concern, I had to call for my employer (Pet Wants - Greensboro, GA) today in ref to needing a return shipping label for a Clover machine of which she had contacted several other agents, sent emails and never received. Matthew Gardner was extremely polite, efficient and expedient in getting a return label over to me. He is what customer service is all about!!!
