    5 When I called I wasn't hopeful that I would be able to much help from customer service. But boy was I wrong!! The customer service rep that I spoke to, Kat L., was very courteous, friendly and very helpful!! She understood exactly what my problem was and made suggestions to reconcile the issue, sent the partially filled out form I needed to finish and how to finish form, and told me what else she needed me to send back to her. Overall it was the best experience I have had on the phone with a customer service rep. Thank you Kat L.

However when you receive your monthly statement with one amount and Clover takes a different amount form our account, this raises a RED FLAG in the way their accounts payable is run. For the future get this error solved !
