    1 Representative Marc was great. SBGA not so great. $134 insurance fee in case of breach and 24.95 monthly encrytption fee is BUNK. Different rep on earlier communication promised that $29.95 monthly fee charged for 3 months for supposedly not complying with PCI data was nullified by a supervisor and only one month credited. I have seen this merchants account with more than $6,000 in annual fees go from ok to ridiculous. Merchants sent email offering lower rates but will not budge on automatic monthly and the "one-time" annual charge. I see your competition markedly better.
