5 Holly transferred me to troubleshooting dept. I was on hold about 15 mins. I hung up and called back and got kat. Kat said she would get ahold of them and call me back............and that is exactly what she did. I spoke with Olive who did a great job in troubleshooting and correcting my issue. Thanks Girls!
