5 I have had issues with tech support and they say they will have someone to call back and it has never happened, so when Kat said she would call me back I was prepared for a very long wait, but was pleasantly surprised. She called back and assure me that the money would into the account today on 5/4/2018. I have not had time to check, but I am sure she will see that is done. If you had more that do what they say, it would be great. Therefore Kat moved to the top and the only one at the top of my list. She deserves a high five!
