When issues occur, SBGA always answers the phone and has repeatedly solved the problem or gone beyond their scope to point us to the best solution. HUGE kudos to SBGA. 4 Good service, however, my issue is still not resolved with tips not being taken on New Years Eve after Batch out. I was told today, they are still working on it. Also I should be Listed as Primary on this account, not my Former partner Dawn Kimberly Heaton, who has retired from our business, and I bought her out. I'm having trouble with this when I call the support line as me not being listed as Primary not her.
