1 Every time I call for any assistance the first people I speak with aren’t very helpful. It seems that they don’t know much about the system or what I’m talking about. Almost sounds lazy like they are trying to find a way to tell me NO just to get me to go away. So then I have to name drop people I’ve first spoke with like Nick Zorne that have been huge help for me in the pass. Once I get pass the first person. Then YES very helpful.

Every time I call for any assistance the first people I speak with aren’t very helpful. It seems that they don’t know much about the system or what I’m talking about. 4 Shawny was very helpful to me. My account was canceled without any warnings while I still have an open bach of $1000 worth of sale. My bank cancelled my account and i spoke to somebody telling the situation and they told me to just send in the new void check when I get it and they still closed the account just because they couldn't processed one payment when I have $1200 that was supposed to be deposited to the account by them. So i have a balance owes to me, yet they canceled my account for non payment. Really?
