5 This was the second time I had to call to find out why our service was not cancelled one month from my faxed letter to be cancelled. The first time I was told they would credit me the fees for clover app and monthly fees. The second time went very well. Within 24 hours I received a call stating the account would be closed by the end of February and I would receive a refund to our checking account
