2 Andrew addressed all of my questions and concerns in a very positive and professional manner. The company as a whole has numerous opportunities to improve their customer service. Basic operations of getting our account information updated has been a very trying and exhaustive process that has taken 5 attempts to complete after numerous promises that it would be completed. I recently had to escalate my request in order to get any real action achieved. I can understand there may be a backlog of request to process, but to say my ordeal was troublesome is an understatement

Andrew addressed all of my questions and concerns in a very positive and professional manner. The company as a whole has numerous opportunities to improve their customer service. 4 Had a few problems with a password reset. First person contacted did not understand which account I needed a password reset for and told me I had to put in account # for user which is incorrect. He wound up having me create a password and user for a website I don't even use. He did not listen to me when I explained this was not how I sign in on the site. I finally told him it worked so I could get off with him and call back for another tech. The second person was wonderful and totally understood what I needed. She was professional and had me back up and running in an acceptable amount of time. I would suggest that your staff is trained on all websites you serve so the next time I call they won't think I am some old lady who is not tech savvy and could not follow simple instructions. I give the second technician 5+ stars for her knowledge and professionalism. I would give the first fellow 2 stars as he told me if this doesn't work there is nothing left that he could do for me.
