Had a simple question as to why I couldn’t access a dispute on my dashboard like I am supposed to be able to. I was transferred to 4 different people with no answers. Had a simple question as to why I couldn’t access a dispute on my dashboard like I am supposed to be able to. I was transferred to 4 different people with no answers. I wish there was better communication as to where a customer is in the Working Capital process. I have had to call twice now, I haven't heard a word one way or the other about approved, the amount, the time frame, etc. However, I will say the representative on the phone was courteous, professional and helpful, (both times) at least that was refreshing from a company that asked for our business. I wish there was better communication as to where a customer is in the Working Capital process. I have had to call twice now, I haven't heard a word one way or the other about approved, the amount, the time frame, etc. However, I will say the representative on the phone was courteous, professional and helpful, (both times) at least that was refreshing from a company that asked for our business.

Kat is the only person who helped me with a solution to my problem. i called 2 days in a row and nobody seems to be able to help resolve my problem. All of a sudden, i can't log into the First Data to process credit card payments. Tried calling the customer service but pretty much they useless! imagine how frustrating that is!
