I started processing sales this past Saturday with the new clover terminals with SBGA payment processing. Albert has been helpful in setting up my system, and either him or two other people called everyday until I started processing sales on Saturday. He told me to call customer services with any questions I may have once I start processing. I called several times today to the number he provided and selected Ext. 1 for customer support, but no one answered, and I was unable to leave a message. So, I called again and hit for an operator. I was then connected to someone that was very short on the phone and appeared too busy to help answer my questions. He then told me that I needed to speak to customer service since he already had two other merchant applications that were on hold. I tried again to reach customer service with no success. I still have questions that were not answered, and it appears that now that I have actually started processing sales with your company I am no longer valued as a customer.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

Representative on phone call was nice and professional. I am just disapoint of the company because they offer me a better service than what I previously have. Less fees, Save money was their words. I am currently paying more money now than what I used to.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
