The salesman Ryan from SBGA was very friendly and made the signup as painless as possible. He went over every aspect from the cost per transaction to the monthly fees. When the machine was ready for use, he went over the functions I would use on a daily basis as well as some issues I may run into, such as the screensaver. The machine itself seems easy to use and if I have any problems, I was provided with a toll-free help line. A letter was even sent out by Ryan @ SBGA to the credit card processing company I'm currently using, cancelling my service and lease on the equipment. The salesman Ryan from SBGA was very friendly and made the signup as painless as possible. He went over every aspect from the cost per transaction to the monthly fees. My rating is based only on my initial contact and subsequent acceptance and installation of our new credit card machine. I was impressed with the manner in which Bill presented the product, the time line that was adhered to for installation, and the instructions that were given for use. I haven't had the machine long enough to experience any problems for a service rating, and hopefully there won't be any!
Gus had assisted me all the way until the issue is resolved. I was writing down the trouble shooting steps while he was explaining it to me.
