I was initially not very impressed with the set up of our account as the person who walked me through the set up seemed not very knowledgeable and could not answer or answered with the wrong information several questions I asked. I later followed up with the sales contact (Julie) and left a message on her voice mail, which was returned by Nick who answered my questions and confirmed my concern for having a package that was not compatible with my bookkeeping system. Nick followed thru great and found another product that would meet my needs. He did that in a timely manner and Angel, who walked me thru the set up of charge anywhere was great. This program seems like it will meet my needs much better than the other one I was set up with.
