I had requested a merchant be added on to my existing terminal. Juan originally called to set up an appt for that download. I was then contacted by a young lady named Jenni whom assisted me by adding a new merchant number to my existing terminal. She was awesome...!! Jenni was calm and had lots of patience. She followed up just as she promised (which I found to be great customer service).
