I have not had any processing issues and the rate is competitive. We did have to send in requests for address change and upgrading our ticket machine twice, but the customer service reps are friendly, I can understand them, and the second person was very helpful making sure we did not fall through the cracks.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

I have not had any processing issues and the rate is competitive. We did have to send in requests for address change and upgrading our ticket machine twice, but the customer service reps are friendly, I can understand them, and the second person was very helpful making sure we did not fall through the cracks.
