My rep on the phone today "Gracie" was incredibly knowledgeable & fast to help. I waited on hold for about 16 minutes to get a representative, that was frustrating. Once I was on the phone with Gracie she rapidly gained my faith that she could help solve our issue. Gracie had most of the answers I needed & was able to find out the 2 additional answers within 1 minute of me being on hold. We started using Merchant Services in July 2015 (about 2 months ago) and our second invoice for August 2015 had severe fees that we were completely unaware of, obviously there are a few facts that we were informed of upon signing & now we know (thanks to Gracie's help). Gracie's help and support salvaged my opinion of Merchant Services with her thoroughness and determination to help solve my issues, she is the purpose that this rating came back up to a 5.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

My rep on the phone today "Gracie" was incredibly knowledgeable & fast to help. I waited on hold for about 16 minutes to get a representative, that was frustrating. Jessica deserves a 5 star rating for sure, she was terrific, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. Give her a raise. The reason I gave 4 stars was the phone prompting you have for your system. I'm sure it's difficult to come up with easy phrasing, but it was confusing to decide where my call fit in. Also, once you made your pick, the hold times were long. Being the only person at my shop, I'd have to hang up to assist customers and then call and do it all over again. It became pretty discouraging that I would ever get through. I don't know how that can be helped, but wanted you to know my experience.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance
