Once we finally received our equipment the instillation was a breeze. John was super friendly and easy to talk to. He helped the set up go smoothly and efficiently. Had to do a couple of extra steps because the equipment didn't come put together properly (not John's fault) but it was an easy fix. My only complaint is we tried to run a credit card with the new "chip" in it and it doesn't work. Merchant Services states we need to contact the people who sent the equipment. We will see how that goes. As for Merchant Services themselves, they are always friendly and ready to help. SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

Once we finally received our equipment the instillation was a breeze. John was super friendly and easy to talk to. He helped the set up go smoothly and efficiently.
