I am giving 5 stars to customer service agent Kat L. because when I spoke with her, I had already been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to connect with someone for technical help. My first phone call, I was transferred and obviously transferred to the wrong number because they were not able to pull up our account at all. I ended up hanging up and calling again. I asked Kat to help me and I explained what happened. She ended up waiting a while to get in touch with someone so she called me back after she did and said they reset my login. all was good. I applaud Kat for seeing the issue through and not transferring me on.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

The customer service on the phone was very helpful. But for the 3rd time in 4 months that I have been calling i have been told that the deposit called about was cleared and will be deposited and it wasn't. This causes problems on our end with paying the company bills as we go ahead with the OK that it is cleared to our bank yesterday. The customer service on the phone was very helpful. But for the 3rd time in 4 months that I have been calling i have been told that the deposit called about was cleared and will be deposited and it wasn't. This causes problems on our end with paying the company bills as we go ahead with the OK that it is cleared to our bank yesterday. I am in the office right now on the phone again, on my day off, trying to resolve this issue, once again.
