The staff including Shawny, Alex, Ivan were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the system is very frustrating.
I had erroneously typed in a wrong user name and took many tries to correct that error. By that time I was
locked out from doing the PCI form. Will try later today, but not looking forward to that experience. The staff

I called to get a receipt for the funds we paid to close our account, or other documentation that we had closed our account. My service rep said that your company does not give receipts. The best he could do is email me a screen shot of our closing the account. I realize that our bank will show we paid the $500 to close the account, but that is not an acknowledgement of the transaction from your side. I called to get a receipt for the funds we paid to close our account, or other documentation that we had closed our account. My service rep said that your company does not give receipts.
