This PCI Tool Kit Survey that your customers are to complete is poorly designed. Sometimes there is no "yes" or "no" response, it could simply be NA--doesn't apply. I purchase my credit card processing tools from Merchant Services and you're asking me the customer the technical questions on how the application works with our network. Ex: I purchased from you, CHARGE ANYWHERE, and the PCI Tool indicates they are in compliance. When I put in Merchant Services for JVC Bookstore, can't find anything to indicate whether your application is in compliance, with encryption... etc. This call I tried to split the two applications, same company, so survey results would not be grouped into one TASK required at the end.
