Both Marc and Shawny helped me out in a stressful time. I was in the middle of disputing a charge back and they were able to explain and help me with the process. Not happy with the whole situation. I have not saved the amount of money that I was told that I would save. Also the Machine costs more than the amount I was told. I have called several times and it seems that no one cares. They keep telling me that I am saving money over the last provider which I am a little. Very little compared to what I was told. Not happy with the whole situation. I have not saved the amount of money that I was told that I would save. Also the Machine costs more than the amount I was told.
