Nothing is ever easy with SBGA. After getting a runaround about the Dispute Manager, I finally tried to get things set up last Friday. While I was able to enroll and get on to the interface, clicking on the Dispute Manager link just took me right back to the same page. I spoke with Kimberly with SBGA today, and rather than simply doing whatever needed to be done to get it to work, I had to start all over again. And yet, after I finally jumped through all of the hoops necessary to change passwords and such, the same thing happens; click on the Dispute Manager link, and get taken back to the same page. Nothing is ever easy with SBGA. After getting a runaround about the Dispute Manager, I finally tried to get things set up last Friday. I called to have a new initial login password sent to me since the initial one sent to me expired. Cassandra submitted my request. I received my new password a few hours later as she mentioned and I have logged into my Access One site.
