Have not had a good experience lately, my funds are not put into my account as I was told they would be. I have called frequently and my funds are still taking two days to go into account. I have furnished all information requested and still have not gotten results. I specifically ask if my funds would be put in my bank the next day and was told as well as my shop foreman that there would be no problem. We have incurred a lot of bank NSF fees, checks returned including paychecks, just not working here. Have not had a good experience lately, my funds are not put into my account as I was told they would be. I have called frequently and my funds are still taking two days to go into account. Kimberly R. did an excellent job at helping us with our problem and resolving it. At of all the times i called she was the only one to actually resolve the problem and the only one to actually give us a call back with great information/updates.

It’s unfortunate that after six months my issue has not been resolved cancelling my service has recently become an option but it’s refreshing to now there are people like Kat willing to do their job right.

I called in today totally frustrated! I tried to complete my PCI toolkit many times by myself ending in complete frustration . I am not sure who helped me but I have to say she was phenomenal! She was extremely patient with me. She was very friendly, compassionate, and understanding! She made my overwhelming experience totally easy!
