We received a new terminal and we needed to send the old one back. I returned it on 02/05/2018, it was signed for on 02/02/2018.I received a letter saying it needed to be returned or we would fined. I called and talked to someone and told her it was returned and signed for on 02/12/2018, she said the system was not updated yet ( 2weeks?) and that it would be fine. Then today I get another letter (final notice). I called again and was asked for tax id #, which I don't know by heart, and was told when I get that info to call back and I said this is your issue not mine you need to do it now. Once again I was told it would be fine and she would put a note not to send anymore letters. Your company needs to get it together, I'm sure if I worked this way you would penalize me. This takes time out of my day. I do not want to hear about this again.SBGA - Small Business Growth Alliance

When I put in that type of effort, I am essentially working as your employee, when you are supposed to be working for me. I feel as though that process should be made more simple and automatic.
