1 I was passed around to several departments, couldn't understand 2 different individuals accents. Passed around a few more times, on indefinite hold, right now it's 43 minutes hold time. I'm fighting a charge back from a person who came in 2 days in a row for spa packages. I have sent all the required documents several times. Yesterday I faxed all documentation, including the clients 2 charts & the therapists detailed notes, front & back. This small woman owned business is getting screwed over by a rich surgeon from Seattle, Washington & no one is co operating or listening to my plight. I will not recommend anyone use your company.
