In past years I tried to fill out the PCI compliance myself. It was so long
and so confusing. I didn't even know what the terms meant. This year I
called for help and he was able to complete the form within 5 minutes for
me. I so appreciate the help.
3I called your company today as we just received new systems last week from them. After MANY phone calls with Clover over the weekend regarding our deposits not processing to our bank account they finally told me today I needed to contact your company. The ladies I spoke with were very nice; however, the issue was not resolved in my opinion. Our funds from Friday were never processed all because we did a refund for $11 and funds from the rest of the weekend will not process until Tuesday even though I was assured when switching to you that they would process next day. We are a small family owned business and it is very important to receive the funds when we are told we will. Since funds did not process as they were supposed to (mainly because of an $11 refund for salads) I am now unable to pay my rent on time and am facing eviction. So although your staff was pleasant and seemed like they were trying my issue was not resolved.
