1 Confused agent. Requested address change on 6/13/2023 and got a call for bank account change. Mary did not even read the email that I sent on 6/13/2023. I had to send it again. Very unprofessional. We are considering another merchant as this is not working for us.

But the one person that stands out and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns was taken care of was Leslee. Thank you very much for your outstanding attitude and willingness to help me.
