2 While I am satisfied with the customer service call, I am totally dissatisfied with the fact that this is at least the third time in the last few months that we have had a batch of payments that did not get closed out to the customer accounts, the payments were credited back to the customer accounts, and we did not get our funds. While I am satisfied with the customer service call, I am totally dissatisfied with the fact that this is at least the third time in the last few months that we have had a batch of payments that did not get closed out to the customer accounts, the payments were credited back to the customer accounts, and we did not get our funds.
