1 I am not rating this company. This is a KUDOS to Holly. The customer service representative who helped me yesterday. She followed through on what she said she would do to help me get my refund and was most helpful. She provided me with great customer service and even though I am still transferring my business to another company due to past experience to include the person who I spoke with on yesterday, she even helped me to make sure that my closure of the account would be easy. She provided me with the forms needed. I really wish I could bring her with me to the next processing company.
