There was a problem so he ordered new equipment to be delivered the next business day. Scott then came out to install it himself. Both were exceptional to work with.

I am impressed with the quality of service I have received from SBGA. John worked with me by phone in getting the new equipment set up and was very patient and thorough in making sure everything was correct. 5 After two previous calls trying to handle my terminal needing a new download..... A very frustrated third call was made trying to get it handled. The very pleasant competent gentleman on the line did a great job figuring out the problem and getting me through the process while staying on the phone to complete it and be sure everything was working properly.
