    5 John was very nice to speak to. I was having a problem, which was totally my fault, and yet he had so much patience with me. Also, the person from IT support (I forget his name) was very nice. Still getting used to the machine, but so far so good. Spoke to a young lady from IT support in Florida yesterday and she also was great.
