Based SOLEY on my interaction with KAT, I would give high marks. Not all my dealings with your company have been handled well. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant, handling my issues very effectively. 5 I'm rating Courtney S more than I am the company. I didn't sign up for the extra thing that Courtney is helping me remove, so I feel that I was tricked into that. But I cannot say enough about how great she was and patient and answered all my questions and was very friendly and nice. Don't let that one get away!

5 John was VERY helpful the both times that I called to install the machine. The first machine had a defect in the installation process and he was very patient with me. The company had to send a replacement machine. He even called me to make sure that the new machine was installed ok and that there was no issue.
