5 Arlene answered the phone promptly and said my issue would need to be answered by Albert in the Risk Department who was not due in for an hour. When I called back it was Arlene who answered the telephone and when I asked for Albert she must have recognized my voice. She spoke to Albert herself and got back on the phone to tell me the transactions had cleared the day before and would hit my account today. Arlene had excellent telephone sckils and was wonderful to talk with. She is a keeper.

Arlene answered the phone promptly and said my issue would need to be answered by Albert in the Risk Department who was not due in for an hour.
