4 Marc M. should get 100 stars!!! Time and time again I call for customer service only to be transferred then transferred again. Normally I speak to at least 3 people before I get any kind of correct response. The two times I have been lucky enough to get Marc M. on the first call he has immediately walked me through the problem and how to fix it. Marc M. needs to be training all your employees!!! Great at his job and customer service!!

Marc M. should get 100 stars!!! Time and time again I call for customer service only to be transferred then transferred again. Normally I speak to at least 3 people before I get any kind of correct response.
