5 We had a problem with our batch failing and money was not deposited to our account. I spoke to Kat about this and she gave me information to retrieve our deposit. Kat called me the next day to see if our problem was taken care of and if she could help me in any other way. I was so surprised when she called, most companies do not follow up.

3 The initial process in getting the machine was fairly smooth. After getting the machine, we needed to return/replace it 5 times before everything was eventually set up. I was transferred from working with Matthew to John to Alex and then back to John. They were all very nice and accommodating, but the situation was frustrating. Outside of the installation process, we are satisfied with the machine and the service we received; that portion is rated a 4. But because of the complications, back and forth with installation and confusion with issues surrounding the credit card terminal, my rating went down.
