4I am currently in the middle of switching credit card processing companies. I am actually a teacher who is filling in for my mother in the family business and have no idea or ambition to deal with this type of thing. The switch has been confusing for me and I have spent the majority of my day on the phone between your company and my previous processing company. Finally, I was able to get JeTaun S. on the phone. She was extremely helpful. She was patient and understanding. She helped me so that I was able to understand the process that I needed to follow in order to fix the issues that I was facing. She did not rush my off of the phone and she was determined to meet my needs as her customer. I was very satisfied with my phone call with JeTaun and now understand the steps that must followed in order to obtain a new machine from your company and to close my account from the previous one. I asked to speak to manager when I finished with my phone call with JeTaun so that I could tell someone that she did her job well but there were none available so she sent me this survey. I hope she is rewarded for her hard work and great customer service!
