    4 There is obviously a communication issue. Kat is an enjoyable person and makes calling in with an issue comfortable. She allows me to be myself. Even if this is business we don't have to be stuffy about it. People need to get a sense of humor. She doesn't just brush the problem off she gets to the bottom of it. I hope that I get her every time I do need help!

    5 Loved the experience. Love the cool terminals. John was wonderful. Setup was really easy. We just have a question now about how we could enter the transaction at our reception desk and then just have the patient swipe their card up above at their station. Does not seem to be possible with this system.
