I sold Allegra, as you know and this is the reason I am leaving you, no other(effective cancellation date is 7/14/17, when the new owner accomplished his own hookup with a new credit card machine from a different processor). 2. Allegra is, as you are aware, a franchise and over the years I was with you, the competitive landscape changed as it always does. Thus, while I recommended you, the Allegra Home Office is now recommending www.banccredit/maryland.com and that is the outfit the new owner went with. Down the road, you should feel free to solicit Glenn to get the account back, at glenn@allegraalbany.com. 3. FYI, the tracking no. on the return of your loaner VeriFone 520 terminal is: 1ZE70V 340305 528073.

    1 I called the number on the letter I received from my Merchant Service. After being told to push 1 for that 2 for that and on and on, 15 minutes late get routed to some number that doesn't even have a record of my Merchant number, Try again several time trying to get to a live representative punching different numbers same results. The service rep I finally get to say maybe the division I am trying ti reach is probably close and forwarding my call to them, THEY don't even know anything about my account, don't have my account and can't even help me answer a simple question. If the division I needed, the one with my account is closed for the day they should say that and say call back later. I wasted hours trying to get through to a live person. Your system is severely flawed, the worst I have dealt with.
