3 My experience yesterday was positive, as the customer service representatives focused on the questions that I had. However, SBGA in general has issues. We would prefer to be given the option as whether to adopt the Tier 1 Encryption, and furthermore, were not notified ahead of time of this new charge.

My experience yesterday was positive, as the customer service representatives focused on the questions that I had. However, SBGA in general has issues. 4 Until I spoke to Katia, the other customer service representatives completely failed to address my concerns and help me correct the issues at hand. Katia, however, is the exception. She listened to my issues and helped me resolve the issues very quickly and completely to my satisfaction. Quite honestly, if it weren't for Katia and the way she handled this phone call today I was going to consider changing to a different credit card processor.
