4 Tiffany was very patient and helpful. I actually got a call-back quickly from the right department like she said would happen! That usually never happens with other companies. Usually they take your number and request down and that's the last you hear of it.

5 As a faith based organization we are new to the credit card industry and due to our internet some of our church members processed their payments offline and when our internet service went came up some member had not chosen the option to process offline and we were not able to go ahead on our own and process the payment due to needing all 16 numbers of the account. I Submitted two requests to receive the full account numbers and expiration dates. After following up I was able to get the best professional services from a young man by the name of Carter K. Carter was in my opinion was what you would call an extra ordinary Customer Service Representative. Carter went above and beyond what I expected. He exceeded my expectations by allowing me to go to me car and get the information needed to handle a second issue. He promptly called me like he said that he would to resolve the issue he was working for me and then I shared with his another issue that had not been taken care of and I advised Carter the information was in my car. He allowed me 5 minutes to go to my car and then called me back and took care of that issue on the spot as well. Now that is what I call service. This is a rarity these days but Carter is a winner in my books. Thank you very much.

5 SBGA is so easy to work with, I called with a problem and it was rectified immediately. I have had a couple of merchant accounts before SBGA that was not fun to work with. I have never had this problem with SBGA, they are wonderful!!
