2 Although this is not a negative experience towards the colleagues who spoke with me today...however, there has to be a better mechanism in place other than having to call everytime I require customer service. when I have to call..it takes some time..then when the CS rep determines its a chargeback issue...then I have to get switched to someone else...with an additional wait time...plus...more importantly...I still do not receive chargeback data to me directly.. Is there an electronic alternative to conduct business with your customer service dept?
