3 Customer service agents were very helpful and helped resolve the issues to our satisfaction. From the initial time of my call to resolution of the issue was very long and took over 2 hours. That was not good considering I had to resolve this first thing Monday morning during one of the busiest times of operation. I do not recall ever getting advance notification of the expiration of the software for our credit card processing machine. This would be a lot easier if we knew, in advance, that our equipment needed the necessary update.

Customer service agents were very helpful and helped resolve the issues to our satisfaction. From the initial time of my call to resolution of the issue was very long and took over 2 hours.
